Kitchen for a Cause – Unify Dots matches Dollar for Dollar

Lotus Petal, USA, is raising funds to support the upcoming world-class industrial kitchen of Lotus Petal Foundation, India, in Dhunela, Haryana, India. The kitchen will help in executing and implementing the project ‘Zero Hunger Food Bank’ on a larger scale, which will serve meals to 3000+ students enrolled at the Dhunela campus and community members located in the nearby underserved areas. Thereby not just feeding one child but creating an ecosystem where many children get benefitted. The kitchen will be equipped with the latest technological equipment for cooking food with safety and increasing the per day production capacity.

Lotus Petal Foundation, India, runs an FSSAI registered kitchen with A+ certification in its Silokhera school campus in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The kitchen in Dhunela will be similar to the Silokhera school kitchen but with a larger production capacity.

Unify Dots, a partner for 8 years, has been supporting Lotus Petal Foundation, India, with its education program for needy children living in Gurugram, India. Unify Dots will match 1 dollar for every 1 dollar raised for the school kitchen equipment under this campaign to support Lotus Petal Foundation in providing nutrition to 3000+ children and needy community members living in the urban slums of Gurugram, India.

The industrial kitchen will be part of Lotus Petal Foundation India’s education campus in Dhunela and will have a senior secondary school (classes commenced in April 2022), a fast-track education center for school dropout children, a state-of-the-art skill development center, virtual classrooms, and a STEM & Robotics lab.
